The Azalea Golf Club is a vibrant golf and social networking community founded by women, for women, where golf and social connection come together to inspire empowerment, friendship, and growth.
We are creating an inclusive and supportive space where women of all skill levels can learn and enjoy the game of golf, while fostering meaningful connections and professional networking through shared experiences both on and off the course.
Meet The Founder
Hi! I'm Leah.
I was introduced to the game of golf by my parents at a young age and immediately fell in love. After my family relocated from New Jersey to Southwest Florida, I became more involved within the golf community. Being raised playing golf, I took it a step further by volunteering and teaching junior golf to the First Tee Naples-Collier, becoming Captain of my High School Golf Team, and playing for fun throughout college.
I was one of the few girls in my circle of friends that played golf, but didn’t think too much of it, as it was mostly a family weekend activity. Still though, it was difficult to find a group of young women that wanted to play the game. And so, The Azalea Club was born!
When I'm not doing Azalea Club things, you can find me spending quality time with my husband, Alan, enjoying a walk along the beach, or reading a good book at a local coffee shop (my favorite is Kunjani!).

Meet the Co-Founder
Hi! I'm Ilyssa.
My golf experience is limited to a few high school lessons, however, my passion for fostering connections through health, wellness, and vibrant social events truly inspires me. Empowering women to participate and excel in male dominated spaces is something that resonates with me!
Born and raised in Naples, Florida, I know how difficult forming new friendships can seem to be. That’s what I love about The Azalea Club, we're using our vast SWFL golf resources to create a unique community.
By day, I run Ilign Marketing Agency, a digital marketing firm I founded to help businesses tasks like social media marketing and branding. When I’m not with Ilign or Azalea, I’m either exploring new destinations, soaking up the joys of travel, or hanging out with my corgi, Lennon, who’s always ready to bring a smile to my face.
I can’t wait to connect with you on and off the green!
